The CISSP Boot Camp focuses on providing IT security managers with the required knowledge, skills and best practices to provide leadership in the creation and execution of enterprise-wide security infrastructures. This workshop will review each of the ten domains in the Information Systems Security Consortium Body of Knowledge (CBK®). The workshop will help prepare managers for the CISSP® exam through extensive mentoring and drill sessions, review of the entire body of knowledge, simulated exams, and practical question and answer sessions.

CISSP® certification holders have validated their experience and knowledge by meeting the stringent requirements of the Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP®) certification, the premier security certification created and administered by the International Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2).

CISSP® certification meets level 3 Department of Defense Directive 8570.1-M Information Assurance certification requirements for IT professionals. This certification enables IT Technical and Managerial professionals to work at level 3 on IA projects in the government, military, or government contractor community.

This workshop is presented by Carlos Villalba (CISSP, CEH, CPTE) of the Cyber Defense Institute. Carlos is an experienced IT security instructor and practitioner who has helped many IT managers obtain and maintain CISSP® certification.
